The Depotmat is a high stacking Turret Truck based on the Steinbock WD & WA model trucks. The automation package is produced and added by PMH and may be field retrofitted.
The "Depotmat" competes with conventional AS/RS machines within the vehicles lift and capacity parameters in the fully automatic mode. The main advantage of the Depotmat system is its flexibility and system integration with the ability to travel between multiple aisles without fixed floor or ceiling rails in a driverless operational mode.
The vehicle incorporates agv style movement with manual capabilities for semi-automatic handling where desired.
