The compact accessible motor compartment shows a comprehensive and logical component layout. The compartment doors can be opened and removed from the single hinge pin by simply lifting them. The solid block shown in the center below the drive motor protects the gear box and acts to support the closed 1/4" thick steel doors.

The Mosfet or ~AC controllers are located on the right side of the motor. The panel swivels out to allow unhindered access by a technician.

The yellow box like device in the center of the picture is the optional rear obstacle laser scanner. The device is normally programmed to activate in the narrow working aisle and will reduce the vehicle travel speed or stop the vehicle when an obstacle or person is detected within the programmed envelope (typically up to 30 m or 100 ft)
