Core pole for classic roll handling. The operator controls the auxiliary mast height at a convenient eye level to judge the pole insertion. The right angle movement of the load handler from the narrow aisle facilitates a smooth and damage free insertion / retraction of the handler or the entire load.

In many cases the reason to handle a roll from the core is to avoid damage to the outer layers of the roll.
